Construction
Waistband, fly, yoke, pocket bags and belt loops on dedicated machines — chainstitch, bartack, waistband and loop attach.
Topstitching & trims
Thread weight, colour and stitch density matched to reference. Rivets, buttons and zips tested for pull strength and wash.
Wash & treatment
Rinse, stone, enzyme, bleach, tint and hand-sanding through long-standing laundry partners, inspected by us.
Woven expertise
Chinos and tailored trousers, built with the same precision.
Fabrics
Cotton and stretch twill, gabardine, canvas, technical blends and wool-touch wovens, tested for shrinkage before cutting.
Tailoring
Clean waistbands, pressed creases, pleats, welt and slanted pockets, finished to a tailored standard.
