Development & technical capability

Everything a style needs, under one roof.

From the first pattern to the final inspection, every step is run by our own team — so fit, timing and quality stay in one set of hands.

01

Product Development

We read a sketch, a reference garment or a tech pack and translate it into a producible style — fabric sourcing, trims, costing and proto in one loop.

02

Pattern Making

In-house patternmakers build and correct blocks for every fit, with graded size sets and fit comments documented per sample stage.

03

Gerber / CAD

Digital pattern work, grading and marker planning on Gerber, for repeatable accuracy and controlled fabric consumption.

04

Cutting

Spreading and cutting of denim and non-denim fabrics with bundle control, shade continuity and cut-part tracking.

05

Sewing

150 machines across specialised lines — chainstitch, bartack, waistband, belt loop, buttonhole — 122 people on the floor.

06

Finishing

Trims, pressing, labelling, folding and packing to buyer manuals, with wash and treatment partners coordinated by us.

07

Quality Control

Inline and end-line inspection, measurement checks against the approved size set, and pre-shipment reporting.

08

Private Label / OEM

We manufacture under your brand: your labels, your packaging, your standards — with confidentiality as a default.
